Cooking Directions

1. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil or ghee in a large pot and sauté sliced onions until light golden brown.
2. Add 500-700 g (1-1½ lb) of chicken, beef, mutton, lamb, or mixed vegetables along with ginger-garlic paste. Cook until lightly browned.
3. Stir in the entire packet of Laziza Delhi Pulao Masala and mix well to coat the ingredients evenly with the spices.
4. Add the required amount of water or stock and bring it to a boil.
5. Add washed and soaked basmati rice , cover the pot, and cook over low heat until the rice is tender and all the liquid has been absorbed.
6. Let the pulao rest for 5-10 minutes , then gently fluff the rice before serving.
